Exceptionally efficient service, exceeded only by the quality of the product. We ordered the "Diamond Siberian Goose Down All Seasons Duvet " over the telephone, and paid with a German visa card. This normally causes complications. Certainly not in this case. We quickly received a confirmation request and assorted updates on the progress of the order. We were able to track the package across Europe and to our doorstep. We ordered the Superkingsize version and I must say that the quality exceeds that of other duvets that have cost 3 or 4 times the price. Highly commendable service, highly commendable quality of product. If you are looking for a duvet, Davey Down is quite obviously the place to go.

This is just to say thank you very much for your exemplary service. Your prompt response to my query and then the immediate despatch of the goods was the very best in customer care. The bed linen arrived promptly today, your next day service is very good. I am absolutely delighted with the duvet cover, sheets and pillow cases and had intended to use them for the guest bedroom but the quality is so good I have used them on my bed  instead!!!!!!!!!! I have purchased within the last year a pair of pillows, your best quality and they fit much better inside the pillow cases than my previous bed linen. Your sheets appear to  be a much better quality than these French ones I bought.

Just wanted to say thanks for a very good product and for fantastic service.The custom made split tog duvet has definitely helped us in tackling the problem of needing a warmer and colder bed.  The duvet seems well made and is very light and comfortable.  Definitely worth spending the money on.  I really appreciated your help on the phone and the very personal service that got me the right duvet and very quickly. The family love the Gold duvets and pillows - what luxury!  Our youngest is 13 years old and has had mild asthma since the age of three so we've always had to be careful with regard to all bed linen we buy. However, she has since slept under feather duvets on two separate holiday trips to  Austria with no adverse reaction. This encouraged us to look into buying feather duvets for home.
