DaveyDown charge a flat carriage charge of £7.50 (NOW FREE on orders over £50) irrespective of value or weight of your order, to the UK Mainland. Our courier Interlink can now provide you with a time of delivery within an hour based on the tracking number that will be issued to you once your order has been shipped.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
The delivery date will be agreed and confirmed with you and a signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required. If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courierís depot or request another delivery date.
Signatures will be required when delivered, unless you wish to make other arrangements through our firstname.lastname@example.org
. Before the dispatch of your goods, you may request special arrangements (example, to leave with a neighbour or other secure location of your choosing) which we will follow, at your risk, as the insurance may become null and void.
Normal British mainland delivery is the next working day providing your order is placed by 13:00.
Delivery to some postcodes in Scotland may take 48 hours.
Delivery Hours : 08:00 - 15:00 England, 08:00 - 17:00 Scotland, we are unable to confirm a time, but this may be available from your local depot.
The goods will not be held by the local courier for longer than five days, after which, they will be returned to us to await your further instructions. You will be charged the couriers return carriage rates and later re-dispatch costs.

This service is offered via Royal Mail, and normal delivery time is within 3-4 working days. This service includes Royal Mail insurance on your items upto a value of £500.00

We don't deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Please note we don't accept AMEX / Diners Club for online or telephone orders.
Your Right to Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt and then providing you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.
Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods

In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and notified us accordingly.
You can either take the item to our Bournemouth depot, or return by recorded Royal Mail delivery, or use a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
