Secure Online Payment
To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, Visa Electon, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB, Delta, Switch and Solo cards.
Please note we don't accept AMEX / Diners Club for online or telephone orders.
Your Right to Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt and then providing you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.
Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 01202 824105 or emailing email@example.com up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.
- after receipt of goods - In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
Own Purchase - After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and notified us accordingly.
You can either take the item to our Bournemouth depot, or return by recorded Royal Mail delivery, or use a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
